Dear Friend! If you have ever been to a KGST Party, then we don’t have to introduce ourselves, because you exactly know what to expect on the next „most Eastest” show. We recommend you to read our letter, because this year 2010 is full of suprises in the history of the show. If it is an unknown area for you, then please spend some time and get to know us! Every year when the KGST Party closes its doors we are always thinking if our expextations were good enough for the audience. During this practice we find ourselves a very good achievement in 2009. This time the show was so succesful more than ever , which is not only an acknowledgement for the orginasors, but also for the supporters and for the county and the city as well. 4 countries, 15 counties, more than 100 stations, 234 participants, almost 3000 visitors, this are the numbers which can represent the year 2009, and the „most Eastest” Party. During these years we were always on that opinion that we have to involve our city, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county into this contrywide circle. This dream finally came true, and we reached our first goal. Back to 2003, we organised our first KGST Party only for a little team. Today we can tell, that this event has become the most important Party of a kind where oldtimers may appear such as Trabants, Wartburgs, Ladas, Volgas, and so many other firms and people, who gladly take a piece from their heart to relive those feelings for at least one day, what feelings meant life for them years ago. While our first Meeting was only a party, today it is surrounded by serious and real thoughts to KGST Party: we can’t let these fine vehicles dissappear because we don’t want to meet them walking in a junkyard and see them as thrown away treasures. Howewer is the brand new car a good car, these products mean part of our history, so we can’t let them die. If we have the chance to show their existance on a single day, then we have to grab this moment and raise our voice. The last weekend of this year’s august we organise our next meeting, which has become a summer finishing event. This time gives the oppertunity for students, families, young and old to look back only to the last summer or even to old times . August 20-22 2010 Friday – Sunday 8th KGST Party –Oldtimer – Meeting and Retro Weekend Napkor, Napkorona House There is going to be a three day meeting in 2010 in the usual place with lots of colourful programs. Thanks for the fame of this event lot of people come to this part of the country year by year. Families and friendly companies come who don’t only spend their time in the KGST Party, but they also visit the ZOO, the Bath or they take a tour to Tarpa or to the neighbourhood of Túristvándi. Everything is available for us in the Napkorona House to organise not only a car showcase but to create an entertaining weekend for families and for the young and the old as well. Beside the well-known car games and the programs we also have conventional events for everybody to entertain and to teach in the same way. We invite our guests with our Party to a timetravel, because we also convene the magical 70’s and 80’s. It is assured, that as we went home, we found the most appropriate place and partners for this event, who are on the same opinion that we want to entertain our guest on a high level. It means that this year we also want to give our attantion to the people comig from another countries by car or by motorcycles. Last year we also could feel this „internationality” because we had guests from three other countries. This process-as the earlier expansions- can result in the year 2010 the big increasing number of foreign guests to this event. It is also a development, that earlier we only accepted the appearance of KGST cars, but this year we also invites the owners of oldtimer vehicles to come by a Beatle, Duck, Bucket or with other sensational or outrageaous technic to be part of this conjuration. Napkorona House is taking place at the border of the village where are almost 30 hectar available for any kind of events. We would like to use a field here surrended by grass, trees and hills for this year’s KGST Party. Service With this event we would like to convene the old summers so campers are favour of housing. We anchor cold and hot water shower and there will be a non stop buffet car also. There will be warm kitchen also where you can have lunch and dinner and grill too with frieplaces. Programs We always have to mention that KGST Party is not only a car showcase. Our goal was from the beginning to entartain those people also who did’nt come here to see the cars. That is the reason why there has always been dance groups, bands, athletes or teams and securities in the event. In 2010 we give the people what we have already tested and became a great succes so as to organise a real festival. From the Spring we take part in different car or vehicle event. In 2010 we also got an invitation to participate one of the most important showcases in Hungary, the Old Timer Expo, as a showcaser. Thanks to our successful reprasentation the interest for our event increased fast. We hope, that the connections, we built up there, will help us to improve our Meeting. We plan to represent our cars till august in almost 20 events in Hungary. Prices The most important thing is this year what the prices dictate and how much time the participants have to prepare for this event.
